→Trivia
- The film's title is a direct reference to the iconic song 'Pushpa I Hate Tears' from the 1972 Bollywood film 'Amar Prem'.
- It was shot in a single primary location in Mumbai over a short schedule, contributing to its low-budget production.
- The director, Ajay Sharma, is also known for his work in Bhojpuri cinema before making this Hindi thriller.
- Despite its 2020 release, the film had a very limited theatrical run and quickly moved to digital platforms.
- The plot's theme of financial manipulation echoes older Hindi films from the 1970s known as 'lost-and-found' melodramas.
- Actor Ankit Bathla, who plays Aditya, had previously starred in television shows before this film role.
- The movie uses minimal background score, relying more on dialogue and silence to build tension in key scenes.
