Movie data is sourced from our proprietary database and The Movie Database (TMDB). Movie posters, stills, and promotional images are the property of their respective copyright holders and are used for informational purposes.

• Submitting fake or manipulative reviews or ratings
• Using automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GudVibe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of movie data, ratings, or any other content on the platform. Box office figures, release dates, and other factual data are compiled from multiple sources and may contain inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

GudVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on any information provided.
