Trivia
- The film's title 'Dilruba' is a Persian word meaning 'one who steals the heart', which connects to the central love triangle.
- Director Viswa Karun stated the action sequences were inspired by Korean thrillers, a shift from typical Telugu romantic dramas.
- The character Siddhu's tragic past involves a childhood incident shown through brief, non-linear flashbacks in the screenplay.
- A minor subplot references the 1990s Telugu film 'Gharana Mogudu' as an inside joke about chaotic relationships.
- The climax fight was shot over 12 nights in a specially constructed market set to control lighting and weather conditions.
- The role of the ruthless goon was initially written for an older actor but was later tailored for a younger performer to heighten physical conflict.
- The film's promotional music video featured a cameo by a popular Telugu comedian, though his scene was cut from the final theatrical version.
