Trivia

  • The film's title is a Telugu phrase meaning 'The dance of life without a return ticket,' reflecting the protagonist's irreversible journey.
  • Director Rishikeshwar Yogi is also a trained classical dancer, which influenced the film's emphasis on emotional expression.
  • The village of Kadamakkudy in Kerala, where much of the film is set, is a real cluster of islands known for its serene backwaters.
  • Actor Sathya, who plays the lead, reportedly spent time with struggling theater artists to prepare for his role as an untalented actor.
  • The character D. Salman is named as a tribute to the late Malayalam actor Dilip, but the film does not directly state this connection.
  • The soundtrack features a rare use of the traditional Kerala instrument 'Chenda' in a Telugu drama, blending cultural sounds.
  • This was one of the few Telugu films in 2024 to be shot extensively on location in Kerala rather than using sets.
