→Trivia
- The film's title 'Sheep Barn' is a direct translation of its Hindi title 'Bhed Ghar', which is also a term for a sheep shelter in the Himalayan region.
- Director Bharat Singh Parihar is a first-time feature filmmaker who previously worked in theatre and as an assistant director on regional projects.
- The movie was shot entirely on location in a remote village in Uttarakhand, using many local non-actors to add authenticity.
- The sound design for the 'man-eater' was created using a mix of real leopard growls and digitally altered human vocals to make it unsettling.
- The film's crew faced challenges from unpredictable weather and had to halt shooting for days due to heavy mountain rains.
- It was screened at the 2024 Dharamshala International Film Festival before its theatrical release, focusing on environmental themes.
- The script was partly inspired by real-life incidents of human-wildlife conflict reported in local Uttarakhand newspapers over the years.
