Trivia
- The entire film was shot in a single continuous take, lasting around 90 minutes, to match its real-time narrative.
- Director Hemwant Tiwari is also a professor of film studies, and this was his first feature-length Hindi film.
- The movie was primarily shot on a remote stretch of road in Madhya Pradesh to achieve its isolated, stranded feeling.
- It was filmed using only natural light to maintain a consistent and realistic look throughout the single shot.
- The lead actors, Anshuman Jha and Ridhi Dogra, rehearsed for weeks to perfect their timing for the uninterrupted take.
- The film's title 'Lomad' is a play on words, hinting at the Hindi word 'lambe' (long) and the English 'mad', reflecting its intense, extended single-shot format.
- Despite being a thriller, the movie contains no background score, relying entirely on ambient sounds and dialogue to build tension.
