Trivia
- The film's title 'Operation Metamorphosis' was inspired by a real-life classified military exercise name from the 1990s.
- Director Wikki Koul insisted on using practical effects for over 70% of the action sequences, avoiding heavy CGI.
- This is the first Hindi film to feature the characters Doga and Dhruv together, who originate from separate Indian comic book series.
- A key chase scene was shot in the less-filmed industrial area of Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, over 12 consecutive nights.
- The film's soundtrack includes a subtle, recurring musical motif based on a 19th-century Indian folk tune from Rajasthan.
- Lead actor preparation involved a unique parkour and kalaripayattu training blend for three months before filming.
- Despite its 2024 release, the project was first officially registered with the film chamber six years earlier in 2018.
