Last updated: 11 June 2026. Rasa ("the app", "we") is an interactive-fiction app published by GudVibe. This policy explains what data the Rasa app handles. Rasa does not require an account and does not ask you for your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifying information.

1. Usage & analytics data (via Google Firebase Analytics). To understand which stories are read and to improve the app, we collect anonymous usage events — e.g. app opens, chapters started/completed, choices made, and in-app gem activity. This is tied to a random, app-generated identifier, not to your real identity. Firebase may also process a coarse, IP-derived region and standard device information (model, OS version, language).

2. Push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging). If you allow notifications, the app receives a device messaging token used only to send you story reminders and updates. It is not linked to any personal identity.

3. On-device storage. Your reading progress, choices, gem balance, and settings are stored locally on your device (browser localStorage). This never leaves your device and is removed if you uninstall the app or clear app data.

We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, or financial information. We do not sell your data.

Anonymous analytics and messaging data are processed by Google (Firebase) as our service provider. See Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not share data with any other third parties.

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Analytics data is retained per Firebase’s default retention settings and is anonymous/aggregated.

Notifications: disable anytime in your device settings.

Analytics: you can reset your advertising/analytics identifier in Android Settings; uninstalling the app stops all collection and removes on-device data.
