• Keerthi Suresh was cast in Thodari (2016) only after the original heroine walked out. Thambi Ramaiah, playing a supporting role, was the one who suggested her name to director R. S. Durai Senthilkumar during a late-night script discussion.
• In Bairavaa (2017), Thambi Ramaiah deliberately slowed down his comic timing in every scene with Keerthi. He told the director he wanted her natural pauses to land first — so the audience would laugh with her, not at her.
• The success of Thaanaa Serndha Koottam (2018) directly led to Thambi Ramaiah being cast as Keerthi's on-screen father in her next big hit — though that film never happened.
