• Sameer Hasan and Chatrapathi Sekhar first worked together in Darja (2022) because the director needed a quick replacement. Sekhar was brought in last minute to play a supporting role opposite Hasan, and their on-screen tension convinced the director to write a bigger part for Sekhar in the climax.
• In Hidimbha (2023), Sekhar deliberately slowed down his dialogue delivery to match Hasan's measured, deliberate style. Hasan later told a local magazine that Sekhar's patience in scenes forced him to raise his own intensity — they traded pace for power.
