• Hansika was the one who pushed for Vaalu to happen. She had just worked with STR in a cameo for Vaanam and told her team she wanted a full film with him. The director got the nod only after she personally called STR.
• On the sets of Vaalu, STR would deliberately mess up his lines in the first take just to make Hansika laugh. She'd then improvise a comeback, and the director kept those takes because the banter felt real.
• During Vettai Mannan shoot, Hansika and STR had a running bet: whoever flubbed a dialogue first had to buy the entire crew biryani. STR lost 11 times in a row. The crew still jokes about it.
