• They first shared screen space in 'Baaz: A Bird in Danger' (2003) because the director, Tinnu Anand, needed two actors who could convincingly play cops chasing a serial killer. Sunil Shetty was already a known action hero; Dino Morea was cast as his younger, more impulsive partner to create a classic 'experienced vs. rookie' dynamic.
• In 'Fight Club: Members Only' (2006), Sunil Shetty played the older, wiser mentor figure while Dino Morea played the hot-headed young fighter. Shetty deliberately slowed down his dialogue delivery in their scenes together to make Morea's impulsive energy pop more on screen.
