• Nassar personally recommended Soori to director Rajarathnam for 'Oru Oorla Rendu Raja' (2014) after they worked together in a small scene in 'Vathikuchi' (2013). The director was looking for a comedian who could hold his own against Nassar's heavy dialogue delivery.
• In 'Si3' (2017), Nassar deliberately slowed down his usual rapid-fire dialogue pace to match Soori's stammering comic timing. Soori later said in an interview that Nassar would pause mid-sentence to let him land a punchline — something no other senior actor did for him.
