• Posani Krishna Murali wrote the dialogues for Dohchay (2015) specifically because he wanted to work with Naga Chaitanya after seeing his intensity in a scene from Ye Maaya Chesave. He called the director Sudheer Varma and said, 'I’ll do it only if Chaitanya is the hero.'
• On the sets of D Ante D (2015), Posani would deliberately flub his lines in the first take to make Naga Chaitanya laugh. Chaitanya then started improvising his reactions to catch Posani off guard. The director had to lock them in separate rooms before the final take.
• The success of Raa Raa (2018) directly led to Posani being cast as the comedic villain in the 2019 blockbuster Maharshi. The producer said he saw the 'Posani-Chaitanya rhythm' in Raa Raa and wanted that same energy opposite Mahesh Babu.
• After Raa Raa became a hit, Posani gifted Naga Chaitanya a vintage typewriter. He told him, 'You write your own lines now. Don't wait for writers like me.' Chaitanya still keeps it in his office.
