Ek Ajnabee(2005)
Ek Ajnabee (also known as A Man Apart) is a 2005 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Rampal, Perizaad Zorabian, and child actor Rucha Vaidya. The story follows Colonel Suryaveer Singh, a retired and alcoholic army officer who is hired to protect a wealthy businessman's young daughter in Bangkok. When the girl is kidnapped, Suryaveer launches a violent, one-man mission to rescue her, uncovering a conspiracy involving a trusted family associate. The film is a remake of the 2004 Hollywood film Man on Fire. It received mixed reviews, with critics praising Bachchan's performance but criticizing the slow pacing and lack of originality. The movie was released on December 9, 2005, and had a limited theatrical run.

Storyline
A lonely, alcoholic ex-army officer named Suryaveer Singh is hired to protect an eight-year-old girl named Anamika in Bangkok. The two form a strong bond. When Anamika is kidnapped by a powerful crime ring, Suryaveer must use his deadly military skills to find her and punish the people responsible.
