Hanuman is a 2005 Indian Hindi-language animated feature film directed by V. G. Samant. The lead voice cast includes Mukesh Khanna as Hanuman, Viraj Adhav as Rama, and Mona Shetty as Sita. The film dramatizes the life of the Hindu deity Hanuman from his birth to his role in the Ramayana epic. It was produced by Percept Picture Company and Silvertoons using traditional 2D cell animation. The film is notable as India's first full-length, fully animated feature film to receive a theatrical release. It helped popularize animation in India and sparked growth in the domestic animation industry. The soundtrack was composed by Tapas Relia with vocals by Sonu Nigam, Kailash Kher, and Shankar Mahadevan. The film was released in theaters across India in 2005.

Storyline
A baby monkey born with divine powers grows up to become the greatest devotee of Lord Rama. When the demon king Ravana kidnaps Rama's wife Sita, Hanuman must cross the ocean, burn the enemy city, and fight an army of demons to help rescue her.
