Trivia

  • The film was directed by Deepak Ramsay, better known for horror films like 'Tahkhana' and 'Veerana'.
  • It was one of the few early 2000s Bollywood films to feature a cameo by Pakistani singer Adnan Sami, who performed the song 'Tera Chehra'.
  • The movie's plot is loosely inspired by the 1991 Hollywood film 'Only You', which itself was remade in Bollywood as 'Mujhse Dosti Karoge!' in 2002.
  • Actress Esha Deol, who plays Asha, was also filming for 'Dhoom' around the same time, which became a much bigger hit.
  • The film's soundtrack, composed by Sanjeev-Darshan, included a popular romantic track 'Tera Chehra' that received more attention than the movie itself.
  • Despite being a romantic comedy, the movie performed poorly at the box office and is not widely remembered today.
  • The supporting cast included veteran actors like Alok Nath and Satish Shah, who were known for playing fatherly and comic roles in the 90s.
