Naina(2005)
Naina is a 2005 Indian Hindi-language supernatural horror film directed by Shripal Morakhia. It stars Urmila Matondkar as the titular character, with Anuj Sawhney and Malavika Nair in supporting roles. The story follows a blind woman who regains her sight through a corneal transplant, only to begin seeing ghosts and visions of death. The film is an unofficial remake of the 2002 Hong Kong-Singaporean horror film The Eye. It premiered at the Marché du Film section of the 2005 Cannes Film Festival. The film was a commercial failure, grossing ₹6.94 crore against a ₹5 crore budget. It was also controversial for its depiction of corneal transplants, which critics feared would discourage organ donation.

Storyline
