Tezaab(2005)
Tezaab is a 1988 Indian Hindi-language romantic action drama film directed, produced, and co-written by N. Chandra. It stars Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit in lead roles, with supporting performances by Anupam Kher, Chunky Panday, and Kiran Kumar. The story follows Mahesh Deshmukh, who becomes a fugitive named Munna after killing his sister's attacker, and his love for Mohini, a dancer trapped by her abusive father's debt to a gangster. The film was a major commercial success, becoming the highest-grossing Indian film of 1988 and running for over 50 weeks in theatres. It is notable for launching Madhuri Dixit to stardom and winning Anil Kapoor his first Filmfare Award for Best Actor. The film was released on 11 November 1988.

Storyline
After his parents are murdered in a bank robbery, Mahesh Deshmukh moves to Bombay with his sister. He falls in love with Mohini, a dancer forced by her father to pay off a debt to a dangerous gangster. When he kills the gangster's brother in self-defense, Mahesh becomes a fugitive named Munna. Now he must protect his love and seek justice without losing himself.
