Plan is a 2004 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Hriday Shetty. It stars Sanjay Dutt, Priyanka Chopra, Dino Morea, Sameera Reddy, and Mahesh Manjrekar. The story follows four strangers who become friends in Mumbai and accidentally kidnap a powerful gangster. Their lives change as they get caught in a gang war. The film is loosely based on the 1997 American film Suicide Kings. Its soundtrack was a commercial success, selling over 1.2 million units. The film was released on 9 January 2004 and was a box office failure.

Storyline
Four young men from different villages meet on a train to Mumbai. They become friends and chase their dreams in the big city. When they run out of money, they kidnap a wealthy businessman. But they discover he is actually the most dangerous gangster in Mumbai. Their lives are turned upside down.
