Trivia

  • The film was originally titled 'Oops!... I Did It Again' but was shortened to avoid copyright issues with Britney Spears' song.
  • Deepak Tijori, the director, also played a supporting role in the film, marking his early shift from acting to directing.
  • It was one of the few Bollywood films in the early 2000s to openly explore the theme of male stripping, a taboo subject at the time.
  • The movie's soundtrack was composed by Anand Raj Anand, known for hits in the 90s, but the songs did not become popular.
  • Despite its bold premise, the film had a very limited theatrical release and quickly faded from public memory.
  • Actress Riya Sen, who played Sonia, was already known for glamorous roles, but this part was considered unusually daring for its era.
  • The film's failure is often cited as a reason why similar themed projects were avoided in mainstream Hindi cinema for years.
