Makdee(2002)
Makdee (2002) is a Hindi comedy horror film written and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. It stars Shabana Azmi, Makrand Deshpande, Shweta Basu Prasad, and Aalaap Majgavkar. The story is set in a North Indian village where a young girl named Chunni must save her twin sister from a supposed witch living in a haunted mansion. As Chunni investigates, she uncovers a human conspiracy involving a hidden treasure. The film won the National Film Award for Best Child Artist for Shweta Basu Prasad and was screened at the 2003 Cannes Film Festival. It was released on 22 November 2002.

Storyline
Mischievous Chunni's prank goes wrong when her twin sister Munni is trapped in a haunted mansion by the witch Makdee. To save her, Chunni must collect 100 hens. But she soon discovers the witch is a conwoman hiding a dark secret.
