Hahakaar is a 1996 Hindi-language action crime drama film directed by Sudarshan K. Rattan. The cast includes Alok Nath, Akshay Anand, Chandni, Neelima Azim, Shafi Inamdar, and Johnny Lever. The story follows Inspector Saeed Rehman, an honest police officer who refuses bribes in a corrupt department. His integrity makes him a target, and he is framed by his colleague Inspector Pradhan. Storyline
Inspector Saeed Rehman is the only honest cop in a corrupt police station. His refusal to take bribes makes him a threat to his colleagues. They frame him for a crime and get him fired. When his wife is killed by the same men, Saeed decides to take the law into his own hands. He teams up with a young ally to hunt down the corrupt officers and get his revenge.
