Hag Toofan(1993)
Toofan is a 1989 Indian Hindi-language action drama film directed by Ketan Desai and produced by Manmohan Desai. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan as Shyam, a village man who gains superhuman strength after praying to Lord Hanuman. Meenakshi Seshadri plays Radha, his love interest, and Amrita Singh appears as a pickpocket. Farooq Sheikh portrays Gopal, Shyam's twin brother. The story follows Shyam's quest to avenge his father's murder and free his village from two ruthless dacoits. The film features a supporting cast including Pran, Raza Murad, and Bob Christo. The music was composed by Pappu Verma. Toofan was released on 11 August 1989 and received mixed reviews from critics. Storyline
A honest police officer is killed by cruel dacoits. His son Shyam prays to Lord Hanuman for strength and receives a divine boon of superhuman power. Now called Toofan, he must fight the dacoits, rescue his kidnapped love Radha, and reunite with his long-lost twin brother to bring justice to his village.
