Love is a 1991 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Suresh Krishna. It stars Salman Khan and Revathi in her Hindi film debut. The story follows a Hindu man and a Roman Catholic woman who fall in love despite strong family opposition. They decide to elope and marry, facing danger and separation along the way. The film is a remake of the 1989 Telugu film Prema. It was released on 29 December 1989 to positive reviews and became an all-time blockbuster. The film earned ₹280 million worldwide and is remembered for its emotional love story and strong performances.

Storyline
A Hindu man named Prithvi falls in love with Maggie, a Roman Catholic woman. Their families strongly oppose the relationship because of religious differences. Prithvi and Maggie decide to elope and get married. They face a dangerous chase from Maggie's angry brother. The couple must fight to keep their love alive against all odds.
