Yeh Aag Kab Bujhegi(1991)
Yeh Aag Kab Bujhegi (transl. When Will This Fire Go Out) is a 1991 Indian Hindi-language social drama film directed by Sunil Dutt. The film stars Sunil Dutt, Rekha, and debutante Sheeba Akashdeep in lead roles. The story follows Professor Krishnanand, a sociology teacher who campaigns against the dowry system. When his daughter Pooja is killed by her greedy husband and in-laws, Krishnanand finds the legal system corrupt and ineffective. He ultimately takes the law into his own hands to avenge her death. The film was the last production of the Ajanta Arts banner. Its music and lyrics were composed by Ravindra Jain. The film is noted for its strong anti-dowry message and its portrayal of a father's grief turning into vigilante justice. It was released on 19 April 1991.

Storyline
Professor Krishnanand teaches against dowry. His daughter Pooja marries Mohan without any dowry. Mohan and his family want Krishnanand's property. They kill Pooja when she discovers their plan. The police let the killers go free. Krishnanand must decide between the law and revenge.
