Thilagar(2015)
Thilagar is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language action-drama film written and directed by debutant Perumal Pillai. The film stars Kishore and Dhruvva in lead roles, with Mrudhula Bhaskar, Anumol, and Poo Ramu in supporting parts. The story is based on a real-life clan feud from the 1990s in South Tamil Nadu. It follows Thilagar, a peace-loving man who seeks revenge after his brother is murdered by a rival clan leader. The film was shot in Tirunelveli and features a live Dussehra festival from Thiruchendur. Critics gave mixed reviews, noting that the film had intense action but lacked emotional depth. The soundtrack was composed by Kannan. Thilagar was released on 20 March 2015.

Storyline
After his elder brother Bose Pandian is brutally murdered by the ruthless Ukkirapandi, peace-loving Thilagar is forced to abandon his gentle nature. He vows revenge against Ukkirapandi and his sons. As he fights through a bloody clan war, Thilagar must decide if vengeance is worth losing his own soul.
