Full Plot

Rocket Raja is a small-time thief who lives in a city with his best friend Kaatu Poochi. They make a living by pickpocketing and pulling small scams. Raja is carefree, funny, and never takes life seriously. One day, a little girl named Divya approaches him and calls him her father. Raja is confused and tries to get rid of her. But Divya keeps following him, and Raja slowly learns the truth.

Divya is the daughter of Rathnavel Pandian, an honest and brave police officer. Rathnavel was killed by a powerful don named Bavuji and his henchman Munna. Rathnavel had been trying to stop Bavuji's criminal activities. After his death, Divya mistook Raja for her father because they look exactly alike. Raja feels sorry for the girl and decides to protect her.

Raja decides to pretend to be Rathnavel Pandian. He shaves his beard, changes his clothes, and moves into Rathnavel's house. There, he meets Rathnavel's mother and sister. He also meets Swetha, a woman who was in love with Rathnavel. Swetha is initially suspicious of Raja, but she slowly falls for his charm. Raja struggles to act like a police officer, but he manages to fool everyone.

Bavuji learns that Rathnavel is still alive and sends his men to kill him. Raja must fight off Bavuji's goons while pretending to be a cop. With help from Kaatu Poochi and Swetha, Raja takes on the criminals. He uses his street-smart tricks and Rathnavel's reputation to defeat them. The final battle takes place in a factory, where Raja fights Bavuji and Munna.

In the climax, Raja defeats Bavuji and saves Divya. He proves that even a thief can be a hero when he has the right motivation. The film ends with Raja leaving his old life behind. He becomes a father figure to Divya and finds a new family. Swetha accepts him for who he is, and they start a new life together.
