It was produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri under Cloud Nine Movies. The story follows four friends in Madurai whose bond is tested when a wealthy man seeks revenge after one of them beats up his son. The film was shot entirely on location in Madurai, giving it an authentic urban feel. It received positive reviews for its second-half thrills and strong performances. The soundtrack was composed by Sundar C Babu. The film was released on 4 February 2011.

Storyline
Four poor friends in Madurai live carefree lives until Kannan beats up a man for blackmailing a girl. The man's wealthy father wants revenge and uses lies to turn the friends against each other. Kannan must fight to save his friendship and his love.
