Sachin: A Billion Dreams is a 2017 Indian documentary sports film directed by James Erskine. The film features Sachin Tendulkar as himself, alongside cricketers MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Harbhajan Singh, and Yuvraj Singh. It chronicles Sachin's life from his childhood in Mumbai to his retirement in 2013. The documentary uses real match footage, home videos, and interviews to tell his story. It covers his early training under coach Ramakant Achrekar, his international debut at age 16, and his struggle to win the World Cup. The film also reveals personal moments, including his father's death and his relationship with his wife Anjali. It won awards at the Tehran International FICTS Festival for Best Director and Best Film in the Long Documentary section. The film was released in Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu on 26 May 2017.

Storyline
