Aivar(2011)
Aivar (also known as Ivar) is a 2011 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama buddy film directed by N. Priyan in his directorial debut. The film stars newcomers Vijay Anand, Ila, Perarasan, Hussain, and Athulya, with Sriman, Harish, Nambi Seenivasan, and Jayashree in supporting roles. Set in Tiruvannamalai and Arakandanalur, the story follows four jobless friends who befriend a wealthy but heartbroken rice mill owner named Ramana. Together, they help each other overcome personal crises, including a life-threatening tumour and a broken friendship. The film was produced under the AGR Right Films banner and features music by Kavi Periyathambi. It received mixed to positive reviews from Tamil publications like Kungumam and Dinamalar. Aivar was released on 11 March 2011.

Storyline
Four jobless friends in Tiruvannamalai spend their days drinking and lying for money. When one of them gets a deadly tumour, a wealthy but broken drunkard named Ramana pays for his surgery. The friends decide to repay him by fixing his shattered friendship with his best friend Thiru. But Ramana's jealous family and wife stand in the way.
