Kizhakku Aprikavil Sheela(1987)
Kizhakku Africavil Sheela is a 1987 Indian Tamil-language fantasy adventure film directed and produced by Dwarakish. The film stars Suresh, Sahila Chadha, and Nizhalgal Ravi in lead roles. It is a remake of the 1986 Kannada film Africadalli Sheela and is inspired by the Sheena, Queen of the Jungle character. The story follows a young girl raised by apes in the African jungle who grows up to become a fierce protector of the wild. Shot on location in Zimbabwe, the film features a soundtrack composed by Bappi Lahiri with disco-influenced songs. Critical reception was mixed, with praise for the music but criticism of the plot and characterisation. The film was released on 14 January 1987.

Storyline
A doctor and his wife are killed in the African jungle. Their baby daughter is raised by apes and becomes Sheela, a wild jungle queen. Years later, a search team arrives from India. Some members are good, but others are greedy villains. Sheela must decide who to trust and fight to protect her home.
