Poimugangal(1986)
Poimugangal (False Faces) is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by C. V. Rajendran. It stars Kannada actor V. Ravichandran (credited as Rakesh) and Sulakshana in lead roles. The story follows a young husband suffering from kidney failure who begs his wife's blood relatives for a transplant. His wife's family refuses to help, forcing the couple to seek aid from a stranger. The film is based on Sujatha's novel Kakitha Changiligal (Paper Chains). It received positive reviews for its honest storytelling and emotional depth. The music was composed by Shankar–Ganesh with lyrics by Vairamuthu. The film was released on 28 March 1986.

Storyline
