Storyline
Inspector Vijay is an honest cop in a city ruled by a ruthless criminal. He wants to arrest the villain, but corrupt colleagues and threats to his family block him. To make things harder, he falls in love with the criminal's innocent sister. Vijay must choose between his duty and his heart.
