Om Sakthi is a 1982 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by S. A. Chandrasekhar. The film stars Vijayakanth as the antagonist Kathavarayan and Menaka as Kanniamma, a woman possessed by the goddess Om Sakthi. Jaishankar appears in a special role as Singaram. The story follows a cruel landlord who terrorizes a village and a devout woman who receives divine power to defeat him. The film is notable for Vijayakanth playing a negative role, a departure from his usual hero image. It was released on 21 May 1982 and failed at the box office, causing a temporary setback for Vijayakanth's career. The music was composed by Shankar–Ganesh.

Storyline
