Mouna Geethangal (transl. Silent Melodies) is a 1981 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy drama film written and directed by K. Bhagyaraj. The film stars Bhagyaraj as Raghunathan and Saritha as Suguna, with Master Suresh playing their son. The story follows a divorced man who tries to reunite with his ex-wife and son after five years. The narrative explores themes of trust, betrayal, and second chances. The film was inspired by Jayakanthan's short story Unmai Sudum and Bhagyaraj's personal life. It was produced by K. Gobinathan under Bhagavathi Creations, with music by Gangai Amaran. Mouna Geethangal was a critical and commercial success, running for over 25 weeks in theatres. It was remade in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film was released on 23 January 1981.
