Thegidi is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language neo-noir mystery thriller film directed by P. Ramesh and co-produced by CV Kumar. The film stars Ashok Selvan as Vetri, a criminology graduate with sharp observation skills, and Janani Iyer as Madhushree, the woman he falls in love with while on assignment. Vetri joins a private detective agency and begins shadowing subjects for clients. When his previous subjects start dying in suspicious accidents, Vetri realizes he is being used by a phony agent who is committing murder for money.
