Pillayo Pillai(1972)
Pillaiyo Pillai (1972) is an Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Krishnan–Panju. It stars M. K. Muthu in a dual role as Kumar and Kannan, alongside Vijayakumari and Lakshmi. The story follows two brothers separated at birth, one raised by a vengeful servant and the other by a single mother. Their lives intersect when a woman mistakes one for the other, leading to confusion and conflict. The film features a soundtrack by M. S. Viswanathan with lyrics by Kannadasan and Vaali. It was written by M. Karunanidhi and produced by Murasoli Maran. The film was released on 23 June 1972 and emerged a commercial success.

Storyline
A wealthy criminal murders his wife and frames his servant. The servant escapes from prison and kidnaps the criminal's son. He raises the boy as his own. Years later, the son becomes a doctor. His long-lost brother, raised by their mother, looks exactly like him. A woman falls in love with the wrong brother. The truth about their father threatens to destroy them all.
