
Paiyaa(2010)
Paiyaa (transl. Boy) is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language action-adventure film directed by N. Lingusamy and produced by N. Subash Chandra Bose under Thirrupathi Brothers. The film stars Karthi as Shiva, a carefree engineering graduate, and Tamannaah Bhatia as Charulatha, a woman fleeing an arranged marriage. Milind Soman plays Baali, a Mumbai gangster seeking revenge. The story follows Shiva and Charu on a road trip from Bangalore to Mumbai, pursued by two rival gangs. The film is notable for its high-octane chase sequences, Yuvan Shankar Raja's chart-topping soundtrack, and R. Madhi's vibrant cinematography. Paiyaa was released on 2 April 2010 to positive reviews and became a major commercial success at the box office.

Storyline
A jobless young man named Shiva falls in love with a woman named Charu at first sight. When she mistakes him for a cab driver and asks him to drive her to Mumbai, he agrees. But two gangs are chasing them, and the road trip turns into a dangerous fight for survival.
