Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is a 2017 Indian Telugu-language epic action drama film directed by S. S. Rajamouli. The cast includes Prabhas in a dual role as Amarendra Baahubali and his son Mahendra, alongside Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishna, and Sathyaraj. The story is set in the fictional medieval kingdom of Mahishmati. It follows the rivalry between brothers Amarendra Baahubali and Bhallaladeva, which leads to Baahubali's betrayal and death. Years later, his son Mahendra seeks revenge. The film was produced on a ₹250 crore budget, making it the most expensive Indian film at the time. It won three National Film Awards, including Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment. It also won the Saturn Award for Best International Film. The film was released on 28 April 2017 in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Storyline
Amarendra Baahubali is the beloved heir to the throne of Mahishmati. His jealous half-brother Bhallaladeva plots to destroy him. After a series of betrayals, Baahubali is killed by his own loyal guard. Twenty-five years later, his son Mahendra learns the truth and returns to avenge his father's death and reclaim the kingdom.
