Storyline
Lali Chowdhury is a wealthy young woman pressured by her family to marry. She rejects many suitors until her brother introduces Rajiv, a kind welfare officer. After they fall in love and plan to wed, Lali shocks everyone by claiming she only agreed to marry Rajiv to get revenge for an earlier insult.
