Teri Kasam(1982)
Teri Kasam is a 1982 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by A. C. Tirulokchandar. It stars Kumar Gaurav, Poonam Dhillon, Girish Karnad, Ranjeeta, and Nirupa Roy. The story follows a wealthy, arrogant girl named Dolly who falls in love with a poor college student named Tony after hearing his voice on the radio. Their marriage faces challenges due to Dolly's disrespect toward Tony's mother. The film is a remake of the 1972 Tamil film Puguntha Veedu. It received three Filmfare Award nominations, including Best Supporting Actor for Girish Karnad. The music, composed by R. D. Burman, became a commercial success. The film was released on May 28, 1982.

Storyline
