Ganga Maang Rahi Balidan is a 1981 Hindi historical action film directed by Radhakant. It stars Dev Kumar, Heena Kausar, Ramayan Tiwari, and Kamal Kapoor in lead roles. The film is based on the life of the 12th-century Rajput king Prithviraj Chauhan. It depicts his love for Princess Sanyogita and his conflict with the Afghan ruler Mohammad Ghori. The story also focuses on the betrayal by King Jaichand. The film is notable for its dramatic portrayal of the First and Second Battles of Tarain. It features a climactic scene where the blind king kills his enemy with a single arrow. The film was later remade in 2022 as Samrat Prithviraj.

Storyline
King Prithviraj Chauhan falls in love with Princess Sanyogita. Her father, King Jaichand, hates Prithviraj. Jaichand allies with the invader Mohammad Ghori. Prithviraj must fight to protect his kingdom and his love. But betrayal leads to his capture and blindness.
