Yaarana is a 1981 Indian Hindi-language musical action drama film directed by Rakesh Kumar. It stars Amitabh Bachchan, Amjad Khan, Neetu Singh, Tanuja, and Kader Khan. The plot follows two childhood friends, Kishan and Bishan, whose bond is tested by a greedy uncle. Kishan, an orphan with a beautiful voice, becomes a singer with Bishan's help. The film is inspired by the friendship of Karna and Duryodhana from the Mahabharata. It features a hit soundtrack composed by Rajesh Roshan. The film won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor for Amjad Khan. It was released in 1981 and remains a beloved classic of Hindi cinema.

Storyline

Kishan is an orphan with a golden voice. His best friend Bishan is a rich businessman. Bishan wants to make Kishan a famous singer. But Bishan's greedy uncle wants to destroy their friendship. He steals the family fortune and kidnaps Bishan. Kishan must save his friend and reunite his family.
