Meesaya Murukku is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language coming-of-age musical comedy drama film. It is written and directed by Hiphop Tamizha Adhi in his directorial debut. The film stars Adhi as himself and Aathmika as Vennila, with Vivek, RJ Vigneshkanth, and Vijayalakshmi in supporting roles. It is a partly fictionalised biopic of Adhi's early life, following his journey from a college student in Coimbatore to a successful musician in Chennai. The story explores his passion for hip-hop music, his romance with Nila, and the obstacles he faces from her wealthy family. The film was released on 21 July 2017 to mostly positive reviews and was a commercial success at the box office. It was later remade in Kannada in 2019 as Padde Huli.

Storyline
