Thee (transl. Fire) is a 2009 Indian Tamil-language political action film co-written, co-produced, and directed by G. Kicha. The film stars Sundar C, Namitha, and Ramya Raj, with Vivek, G. M. Kumar, Manoj K. Jayan, and Sayaji Shinde in supporting roles. The story follows an honest police officer who becomes a corrupt politician to avenge the murder of his family by a powerful MLA. The music was composed by Srikanth Deva, and the editing was done by Saeem. The film is a remake of the Telugu film Operation Duryodhana. It was released on 27 February 2009 and received negative reviews from critics, who criticized the screenplay and length.

Storyline

ACP Sarathy is an honest cop who arrests a corrupt MLA. The MLA kills Sarathy's children and attacks his wife. Sarathy loses everything and decides to fight fire with fire. He becomes a politician named Saami and uses corruption to destroy the man who ruined his life.

Revenge burns like fire.
