Sarkar is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language political action film directed by A. R. Murugadoss. Keerthy Suresh plays Nila, his love interest, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar portrays Komalavalli, the ruthless daughter of the corrupt Chief Minister. The story follows Sundar's fight against electoral fraud and his transformation from a businessman into a political activist. The film was produced by Sun Pictures and features music by A. R. Rahman.
