CRD (2017)
CRD is a 2016 Indian Hindi-language drama-romance film directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Kranti Kanade. The film stars Vinay Sharma, Mrinmayee Godbole, Saurabh Saraswat, and Abhay Mahajan. Set in the competitive world of college theatre, the story follows a young dramatist who rebels against his fascist tutor to form his own troop of misfits. The troop aims to win a prestigious theatre competition while discovering their true artistic voices. The film is inspired by the real 'Purushottam' Theatre Competition in Pune. It received widespread critical acclaim for its bold storytelling, visual style, and performances. The Hollywood Reporter called it "entrancing, vibrant, and category-defying." The film was entirely shot on location in Pune over 63 days.

Storyline
