Theekuchi(2008)
Theekuchi is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by A. L. Raja. The film stars Jai Varma as Sakthi and newcomer Mythriya as the female lead. Vadivelu and Ashish Vidyarthi play supporting roles, with Bhanupriya appearing as Sakthi's mother. The story follows Sakthi's quest for revenge after a corrupt rowdy and a minister kill his mother to build a private engineering college on government land. The film highlights the exploitation of poor students through capitation fees. Srikanth Deva composed the music. Theekuchi received negative reviews from critics and was a commercial failure. It was released on 14 March 2008.

Storyline
Sakthi's mother is killed by a local rowdy who wants her land to build a private college. Sakthi swears revenge. He discovers the college is a front for a capitation fee racket that destroys poor students. With the help of the villain's own daughter, Sakthi fights to expose the truth and bring justice.
