→Trivia
- The film's title 'Sivi 2' connects it to the 2007 horror film 'Sivi', though it is not a direct story sequel.
- Director K.R. Senthil Nathan previously worked as an associate director for acclaimed filmmaker Bala on several films.
- The movie was shot extensively in and around real abandoned buildings in Tamil Nadu to create an authentic haunted atmosphere.
- Actress Anju Kurian, who plays a key role, is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and has a background in classical dance.
- The film's sound design and background score heavily use traditional Tamil folk instruments to build horror tension.
- It had a very limited theatrical release and quickly became available on popular streaming platforms.
- Some scenes involving the ghost were inspired by local folklore about 'chudail' or female spirits from North Indian legends.
